Sylvie is an attorney-at-law specialising in providing complex legal advice in the sphere of company law, including mergers and acquisitions, in particular providing complex legal services related to acquisitions, rental, management and the sale of real estate to property developers and owners of administrative and residential buildings. Sylvie has wide-ranging experience in all areas of securities law, intellectual property and employment matters, including representing clients in disputes with regional employment inspectorates.
She also offers legal advice concerning quick and effective debt recovery and represents clients in court, administrative, execution, insolvency, bankruptcy and settlement proceedings, and personal bankruptcy. In addition, Sylvie also deals with family law and offers legal services concerning contested and uncontested divorce, arranging relationships with children and settling community property, including representing her clients in court. Sylvie worked for a long period in a company trading securities belonging to a leading Austrian banking group.
