We represent clients in all types of disputes. We have extensive experience in successful representation at the courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. We have participated in a number of court and extrajudicial settlement negotiations. We specialize mainly in disputes arising from commercial contracts, real estate disputes, compensation arising from transport and labour law disputes. We provide complex debt recovery services. We advise clients on insolvency claims, represent them in creditor committees and in disputes with insolvency trustees.
