Representation before Czech state administrative authorities and the European Commission

We offer legal advice in the area of administrative law and represent our clients in administrative proceedings at all levels, including Czech ministries. We enforce application of directly applicable EU law; in cases of infringement of EU law by the Czech Republic we represent our clients in the proceedings in front of the European Commission.
