Tomáš has extensive experience with consultancy in real estate law, company law, insolvency law, other commercial law and representation in legal proceedings. As part of his professional experience, Tomáš has participated in a range of large real estate projects, including residential, commercial, administrative, infrastructure and industrial projects. He offers legal services across a whole spectrum of legal relationships related to property, including construction and property development, transfer of property and legal relationships arising from various types of tenancy, including representation in legal proceedings in disputes relating to the above-mentioned areas.
He has been an attorney-at-law since 2003; in the past he worked in major international law firms as, amongst others, Head of Real Estate Practice Group. In 2010 he was one of the co-founders of OHB, a boutique law firm specialising in real estate projects, project financing and transaction law.
He offers legal services in Czech, English, and partly in Russian.
