JUDr. Iva Sawyer focuses on providing legal advice to entrepreneurs and companies, particularly in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate law, intellectual property and information technology (IP & IT), data protection (GDPR), and e-commerce. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, real estate transactions, brand protection, as well as advising on e-commerce and digital projects.

She has been practising law for many years and advises both Czech and international clients, providing ongoing day-to-day legal support as well as assistance with more complex transactions and projects. She studied law at Charles University in Prague and completed part of her studies at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. Alongside her legal practice, she is also active in publishing and lecturing.

She provides legal services in Czech and English.
