Lucie specialises in consultancy in the fields of financing, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. During her career she has participated in a wide range of large real estate projects, including commercial, administrative, residential and infrastructure projects. She also has extensive experience in matters related to project financing and acquisitions conducted in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Lucie has been an attorney-at-law since 2002. Her past work at large international law firms included heading project & finance divisions. In 2010 she was one of the co-founders of OHB, a boutique law firm specialising in real estate projects, financing and transaction law. Lucie also engages in mentoring, primarily aimed at technology start-ups (Nordic Chamber of Commerce, xPORT Business Accelerator of the University of Economics in Prague).
She offers legal services in Czech, English and German.
