Attorney-at-Law
Michal is attorney-at-Law, his experience is mainly focused on the areas of real estate law, corporate law and commercial contracts. He specialises principally in investment sales and acquisitions of real estate and legal advice in connection with the operation of office and retail buildings in the Czech Republic, especially in the negotiation of commercial leases. A major part of his experience lies in everyday consultancy for corporate customers and entrepreneurs.
He continues to develop his specialisation in the area of employment law and compensation and frequently publishes articles in professional legal journals. He has been working in advocacy since 2015, he was a member of several major law firms. He joined our office in 2018, when he became a member of Salač Legal.
